What the service processes

VideoFetch processes the URL you submit to inspect media metadata and fulfill a download request. Operational records may include the source domain, extractor, timing, result status, approximate file size, and a masked network identifier for rate limiting.

URLs and sensitive parameters

Full URLs can contain private query parameters. Production logging should mask sensitive parameters and must not retain full submitted URLs in application logs.

Temporary files

Prepared files are temporary and automatically deleted after the configured expiration period. Signed download URLs stop working when they expire.

Browser history

Recent anonymous jobs are stored locally in your browser. You can remove them by clearing this site’s storage.
